At LownDecor, we strive to provide transparent, reliable shipping services for all our customers. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, timeframes, and related information to ensure you have a clear understanding of our shipping process.
Processing Time
Since most of our products are personalized and made to order, we require processing time before your item ships:
- Standard personalized items: 3-5 business days
- Complex custom designs: 5-7 business days
- Ready-to-ship non-personalized items: 1-2 business days
Processing time begins once your order and payment have been confirmed. During peak seasons (holidays, special occasions), processing times may be longer. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.

Important Notes for International Orders:
- Any customs fees, taxes, or duties are the responsibility of the recipient
- International shipping times may be affected by customs processing in the destination country
- Not all products are available for international shipping due to size or material restrictions
- Tracking information may be limited once the package leaves the United States
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. You may also track your order by:
- Visiting our Order Tracking page
- Logging into your account and viewing "Order History"
- Contacting our customer service team with your order number
Shipping Carriers
LownDecor primarily uses the following carriers for shipment:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
- DHL (for some international shipments)
We reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier based on destination, package size, and shipping method chosen.
Shipping Restrictions
There are certain locations where we are unable to ship or may have limited shipping options:
- PO Boxes (for oversized items only)
- APO/FPO addresses (limited shipping options)
- Certain remote international locations
If you are unsure about shipping to your location, please contact us before placing your order.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Since we begin processing custom orders promptly, please note the following:
- Address changes must be requested within 2 hours of placing an order
- Order cancellations must be requested within 4 hours of placing an order
- Once production has begun, we cannot modify or cancel orders
To request an order change or cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@lowndecor.com with your order number.
Damaged or Lost Packages
In the rare event that your package is damaged during transit or lost:
- Damaged packages: Please take photos of the damaged package and contents before opening it completely, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Lost packages: If tracking shows no movement for 7 days (domestic) or 14 days (international), please contact us
We will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

LownDecor reserves the right to modify this shipping policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
