I don't have my order number
Your order number can be found in the order confirmation email that was sent to you after placing your order. Please check your inbox and spam/junk folders. If you still can't find it, please contact our customer service team at support@lowndecor.com with your name, email address, and approximate order date.
My tracking number isn't working
There might be a slight delay between when your shipping label is created and when the carrier's tracking system recognizes the package. Please wait 24-48 hours and try again. If the tracking still doesn't work after 48 hours, please contact us.
How long does production take?
Personalized items typically take 3-7 business days to produce before shipping. During peak seasons (holidays), production times may be longer. You will receive an email notification once your order ships with tracking information.
Can I change my order?
Since we begin production quickly, order changes must be requested within 4 hours of placing your order. Please contact our customer service team immediately if you need to make changes.
